Mr. Fauer has 35 years of professional experience in the environmental consulting and hazardous waste disposal profession. He founded Environmental Strategies & Applications, Inc. in August 1989, and it rapidly became one of New Jersey's most well-respected environmental consulting and site remediation firms. Mr. Fauer creates the vision for ESA's future direction. He is responsible for marketing, select client negotiations, presenting complex ideas and concepts for public acceptance, and generally managing the day-to-day affairs of a successful and prosperous professional environmental firm. Mr. Fauer has a Bachelors Degree in Botany from Rutgers University and a Master's of Science in Botany and Ecology from Rutgers University.
Mr. Libutti has more than 40 years of public/private sector (Domestic & International) experience in the engineering/environmental industry and is recognized on both National and State levels as a leader in project management, cost control, and remediation. He has provided expert testimony on various matters, coordinated numerous environmental investigations, and designed/implemented numerous remedial action projects. These projects have addressed underground storage tanks (USTs), indoor air quality, soil and ground water impacts, and impacts derived from various other sources. His current responsibilities include managing all operations at ESA and helping plan the firm's future direction. Mr. Libutti also provides technical, financial, and strategic consultation on matters involving environmental investigations, remediation, and redevelopment of commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Libutti holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Business and marketing.
Mr. Fresco has more than 30 years of professional experience. The past 26 years of his career have been dedicated to the environmental industry, including experience in both the private and regulatory sectors. For the past 21 years, Mr. Fresco has been a loyal partner in ESA. The vast majority of his project experience involves hazardous/contaminated site investigation and cleanup (soil and ground water), site assessments and environmental services for real estate transactions, and litigation support services that include expert testimony. Current responsibilities include select client management, select project management, writing reports and work plans, reviewing reports prepared by other staff, and providing technical direction and strategic consultation on other staff projects. Mr. Fresco holds a B.S. in Geology, is a licensed Professional Geologist, and is certified by NJDEP for UST Closures, Subsurface Evaluation, and for Unregulated Heating Oil Tanks.
Mr. Eisenberger is a senior project manager who manages select environmental projects and provides oversight and direction to staff project managers and environmental scientists. He has worked in the environmental consulting field since 1986, during which his goal has been to ensure clients are presented with cost effective, timely, and practical solutions to environmental issues, whether associated with real property transfers, financing arrangements, regulatory permitting, violation compliance, or litigation. Mr. Eisenberger is an expert in soil and groundwater remedial investigations and site assessments and is typically the lead in developing scopes of work for remedial investigations. He also identifies and evaluates remedial alternatives. Mr. Eisenberger holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology, is certified by the NJDEP for Underground Storage Tank Closure and Subsurface Evaluation, and is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in New Jersey.
